You do not need to worry about anything:) just make sure to bring big water bottle so you can be hydrated for the time being there (if you depend on that as much as I am)+ snacks. On the second day you will have 1 hr of independent lunch and then come back to the class. another tip- (for girls) keep your hair braided so during some activities you will be comfortable. Also, some people were taking off their shoes so better to have them comfy on/off.

Luisa was the best teacher she made the course fun, easy, & ready to answer all questions participants had. Time went by so fast as it was very helpful class. I 100% recommend this institute for learning. Thank you SO much Luisa. All the best! -No migros/coop nearby (unless you walk to Bellevue/stadelhofen) so in breaks make sure you have your snacks etc. -no coffee machine/hot water available so carry your thermos in case you’re tea addict like me)

Fortunately, Luisa proved me wrong. 80% of the course was practical with a lot of interactions and exercises.
