Esperienza fantastica: Rima Fontana is an amazing emergency instructor! First of all, she teaches in English, which is convenient for English speakers. Her sense of humor and easygoing nature are additional advantages. She knows how to present complex topics in a captivating way and explains everything in detail. I especially enjoyed the practical part, where we had to find solutions for different accidents and respond to them. Thank you for your time!
